Our Beginning
Mark Richmond is the Owner and Founder of Rusty Nail Remodeling, LLC. His passion for the remodel and home industry began with a small gift under the Christmas tree at the age of 5. What he unwrapped was his first tool box filled to the top with tools. This led to following in his father's footsteps (who was a General Contractor at the time) and learning the ins and outs of the trade.
Over 25 years later, Mark decided to finally step out on his own and put those skills and his passion to work and create a finished product his dad and clients would be proud of. With behind the scenes help from his wife Sarah, they have been able to provide excellent service, at an affordable price, and have left clients with their project visions turned into realities.

Mark's past experiences and our core values have shaped who we are today. We never follow substandard remodeling processes and will always provide design insight to reach your end goal. We will always be honest with our findings and how smoothly your ideas pull through. We pride ourselves on consistency which is why we focus on the details and take responsibility for our work.
